According to the law n. 101/2000 Sb., and by fiat 2016/679 of the European council about personal data protection, the buyer agrees with the personal data processing given to the seller:

1. The buyer agrees that the given personal data which are needed for the registration, in the client’s account, during the order made by web sites of the shop, are correct and every change will be announced to the seller.

2. The buyer agrees with the personal data processing by the seller for the realization of rights and duties according to the purchase contract and for purposes of keeping the client’s account.

3. The seller processes personal data like: name and surname, home or business address, company number, tax number, email address, phone number, history of the orders, invoicing, delivery notes and documents connected with the contract (all these things are later replaced by “personal data”) as soon as the buyer ask for registration, for these purposes

• a) realization of rights and duties according to the contract realized by the buyer and for protecting rights and interests of the seller (collection or complaints)
• b) sending information connected with goods

4. In case of the buyer thinks the seller processes personal data which are contrary to the protection of the buyer’s personal living or law, the buyer can:

• ask the seller or the processor for explanation
• ask for removing the state

If the seller doesn’t comply with the request the buyer can contact The Office for Personal Data Protection.

5. The seller can ask for processing the buyer’s personal data by third-person – the processor. Except for the delivery services, buyer’s personal data will not be passed on the third-person without the buyer’s agreement.

6. Personal data will be processed electronically by the automated system or printed  unautomatically.

7. The buyer claims the provided personal data are correct. It is a voluntary provision of personal data. Anytime, this agreement can be cancelled free of charge.

8. The agreement for the personal data processing is valid for indefinite period, become effective by the day of provision the agreement to the company EMPORIO BEAUTY.
